This summer, Jewish Voice Ministries is conducting medical outreaches to bring life changing medical care to thousands of people in Gondar, Ethiopia, and Gutu, Zimbabwe. These impoverished Jewish people and their neighbors need medical care they cannot afford or is simply not available to them.

We Could Not Have Done This Without You!

A few months ago, we told you that we were planning to host our first ever medical outreach in Tach Gayint, Ethiopia. We chose to do an outreach in this remote region because of the heavy persecution faced by the Bete Israel Jewish community.

We Anticipate Overwhelming Demand

It’s an overlooked, intriguing, mysterious little detail in the New Testament’s accounts of the final Passover Jesus celebrated with His disciples. Most people have heard or read accounts of Yeshua’s (Jesus’) final day before His arrest and trial scores of times.

Essential Water

Water. As cupped hands splash it on face and neck, clean water refreshes after hard, hot work. Sinking down into a hot tub begins immediately soothing tired muscles. With anything from a quick rinse to a good scrub, water washes. Some even say water heals. Clean water is essential to life.

Medical Missions in the Ethiopian Mountains

Tach Gayint is a beautiful mountainous region with spectacular vistas. Our medical outreach team is there right now providing free medical, dental, and eye care to the impoverished Jewish People of the region, and to their neighbors.

“Well, there’s something you don’t see every day.” So said a member of our medical mission team on the third day of our 2015 medical outreach to minister to the very special Lemba people of Mberengwa, Zimbabwe.
