Right now, for many of the scattered children of Israel the quest for clean water is a daily, life-or-death struggle.
Over the last few years we’ve conducted dozens of medical clinic outreaches in these very special communities in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and elsewhere. And each time we see the same thing . . . precious people — many of them infants and children — suffering horribly and needlessly because of contaminated water.
We see blindness, dysentery, and worse — all of which can be traced directly back to the water they must drink to quench their thirst.
Water-related diseases are by far the number one killer of children under five on planet Earth. We’ve seen it with our own eyes.
